Yesterday, after (finally) getting out of bed, I slung the baby in to the husband's Baby Bjorn and carried her around the house while I tidied up (thanks to the feedback on an earlier post!).
This is a good thing.
I'm going to be able to get more done.
I'm going to be able to get for a walk in the sun.
I'm going to be able to get off the couch/bed and break up the days/weeks/months.
Beautiful! :) It's all about finding whatever helps you cope!.. Also seconding Mummy/Crit on the ABA - they are absolutely wonderful and a huge source of information on so many different things. Great for meeting like-minded and supportive people :)
